Carl Clottey, one of the newest gospel kids on the blocks has chronicled some bitter and difficult moments in his new career on radio.
Speaking on Accra based Kasapa fm, he shared some disheartening stories of he is treated at some church programs when he performs. sad story about how he was treated by some church leaders who invited him to perform in their churches.
Chronicling his sad experience, he told his experience of how he was once offered plantain chips and Pepsi after a very good performance.
He added that sometimes the difficult and discouraging aspect is that after performing, these church event organisers won’t even give you water after performing.
“It has never been easy in my music ministry because some people will invite you to perform and will not even give you water,” he said sorrowfully.
He therefore told the host of Christian Entertainment Review Show, Nii Noi that for many years in his music ministry, most church leaders and event organizers took advantage of him and as a result, he has managed to get himself a management team.
