Bhim Nation president, Stonebwoy, has revealed that top musicians must prepare well before they sign any up coming artiste onto their record label.
At a press briefing in Accra, Livingstone Etse Satekla, president of Bhim Nation and C.E.O of Burnington Music Label stated that as top artistes, they must put in the best structures administratively so that when an artiste is signed unto the platform or the record label, there wouldn’t be any issue. In lieu of that, they must not rush.
“Now is not the time to rush. This is an advice to anybody who feels like they are on top of the ladder and wants to help somebody or grow or sign somebody. I think it is best we even take time to fix things in our team and fix structures that would help that to work” he reiterated.
He didn’t mince words in his admiration for Richie Mensah’s Lynxx Entertainment Record label for successfully managing artistes regardless of their peculiar challenges.
“You know, I admire Lynxx Entertainment to an extent because they seem to have that record of working with artistes and doing it right. Even with them, they don’t have it easy and there is always an issue about exit plan” he stated.

In an interesting turn of events, Stonebwoy has demanded for the ban placed on him to be increased rather than lifted. However, artiste manager, Mr. Logic also believes Stonebwoy is successful because of his hard work, not necessarily the awards he amassed; hence award organizers shouldn’t fathom they are making such ones a favor or given them an opportunity.
