Michael Elliot Kwabena Okyere-Darko popularly known as (Rap Sofuor) or Obrafour has said that the “Pae – Mu – Ka” cypher will definitely be done, but they needed time to prepare for it.
Multiple award winner and C.E.O of Execution Entertainment, Obrafour revealed in an interview with Kwame Dadzie on Accra based Citi fm that even though the ‘Pae Mu Ka’ cypher was missing from his program line-up especially as his fans were in a frenzy to listen to the rappers flow on the ‘Pae Mu Ka’ beat, it doesn’t mean that it won’t come off, but they really needed to prepare for it.
During the interview, he said that the whole project was going to take a whole lot of time and since they had already set a date for the concert, they needed to take their time to prepare for the cypher.
“We realized we had a whole lot and it was going to take a lot of time and since we had already set the date for the concert, we needed to prepare for it so probably we could do that [the cypher] later. Because it is a year-long celebration so we could chip that in at any time but we haven’t abandoned the plan,” he stated.
Concerning the use of the gate proceeds he confessed that it would be put into his project, ‘Obrafour Nti’ where it would be used to augment academic progress in rural communities. In view of this, schools and some members in deprived communities would receive some scholarships, teaching aids and to improve infrastructure of schools that are derelict of infrastructures.
Rap legend, Obrafour has revealed that after the release of his famous track, ‘Kasiebo’ he apologised to his colleague, Okyeame Kwame since his name was indirectly mentioned in the song that many saw to be a dis to his colleague.
