“I have been in this community for several years. Through this foundation, we have been able to also contribute our quota to the school in diverse ways. However, this kind gesture from my team and other good-hearted men in this community like Mr Michael Orleans of Torchlight Tours will go a long way to solve some little challenges that these students go through especially the females”.

He further added that the love and collaboration between the school did not start today. As a result, since the community continues to support AFODAT, to stand tall, they will also regardless of the situation still give support to the Kakomdo M/A Basic School.

“We will never stop supporting the school. This is my community, I grew here and started AFODAT here. We have a long history of supporting each other. No matter what happens AFODAT will still be there for Kakomdo M/A Basic School”.

The whole project was under the theme “Supporting the Girl Child Education”. AFODAT is, however, calling on other groups to support these students and others in their various communities.
